Summit Roofing & Restoration was founded in 2010 by Mike Sullivan, a third-generation roofer who grew up in Frederick and learned the trade from his father and grandfather. After working for larger roofing companies throughout Maryland, Mike saw an opportunity to do things differently—to build a company that prioritized quality workmanship and honest customer relationships over volume and profit margins.

What started as a one-truck operation with Mike and two crew members has grown into Frederick County's most trusted roofing company, with 12 dedicated employees and hundreds of satisfied customers.
